With a forward-looking approach, in 1970, Sisters of Mercy in Rosario set up Instituto de Idiomas Particular Incorporado 3013 “Sta Ma. Josefa Rossello” to provide the community with intensive learning of a second language through a Basic Training English Course.

The guidelines of this course have been progressively enriched in their curricular content and methodology, resulting in the ENGLISH-SPANISH BILINGUAL ASSISTANT syllabus, which grants Official Certificates from the Provincial Department of Private Education一Resolution 1029/90.
